Shipping Policy

Western Fabricating LLC Ships using the following Carriers: UPS, FedEX, and TForce Freight.

Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

For any Damage Claim to be resolved all Packaging, Packing Labels must be preserved by Customer, and the Customer or any of Customers agents signing for must note Damage with the UPS, FedEX or TForce Truck delivery Driver.

Western Fabricating LLC Orders ship withing 5-10 days after payment and aprrovals. Standard Shipping via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground transit time are 1-7 business days to arrive. California may take 5 days by UPS or FedEx Ground. Some Expedited Shipping Options may be available at Checkout or by contacting our customer service. TForce Freight and FedEx Freight transit times are based on your location in the USA.

Canada Orders are shipped best way and Customer is responsible for if any all Customs Duties and Fees at Port of Entry. All Products and Materials, Including Packaging we Ship are Made in USA.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM ET during normal business hours.

Packing Slips attached to Packages display Origin, Customers Address, Items Purchased and Quanities.

Packing Lists DO NOT disclose Purchase Price. Customer Custom Packaging Specific Labels are available by request.
